Jimmy just left and he did an amazing job. He was very personable and was able to get stains out from my children that I thought would be there forever! He was very honest about the high traffic areas that were worn down and tough to make new again. I will have him back in a few months to do the upstairs floor for us. He did our couch, 3 rooms and the stairs and my house no longer smells like our pets!March 9, 2016

The job went great!! The technician was very polite and arrived early. After reviewing the work to be done, he was able to reduce one area and add another to help keep my costs reasonable. His equipment is portable and high speed. He was able to remove rust stains and stains in a high traffic area. He did both flights of stairs when we had originally discussed him only doing one set. My move was only a mile away from this home so I will surely call him again.September 30, 2012

- I have been going through months of renovations, and my way of signifying that it was over (or even close to it) was to have the carpets and couches cleaned so as to get all the dirt and grime out of them. I looked on Angie's List for a reputable company, and found JBJ Services. I called up the company before purchasing the deal to make sure that there wasn't anything in the fine print that would make me unhappy. It was very easy to make an appointment, he talked me through the treatment and what I would need to do with the heavier furniture (he said to leave it, which I felt guilty about but obliged--after clearing everything else out). I had scheduled JBJ Services to come on a Saturday, thinking that my contractor would be finished on Friday. Well, that didn't happen, so when I called to reschedule JBJ said that they would be happy to come on Sunday (uber grateful). It worked out perfectly, and he immediately came in and got to work. He did both bedrooms, including under the beds (which required moving the mattresses), and then did the couches with the cleaning and Scotchguard. Very satisfied with the efficiency in which he worked, the quality of the work, and the happy attitude. We even got into a spirited discussion about the Nationals and Redskins games that afternoon (well... I didn't... boyfriend and him did, but I listened and followed along!) Only thing that I wasn't expecting was for how long it took the carpets and couch to dry. It was almost 24 hours before we felt comfortable with moving things back into the room, and with putting the couch cushions down. But everything looks great, smells great, and I'm convinced that I'm not breathing in terrible things anymore.

We called JBJ Services early one morning looking to set up a time to have them stop by to give us an estimate on power washing our home and pole barn. To our surprise they agreed to stop by within the hour as they had to pass by our house on the way to another job. In less than 30 minutes after our call , James, the owner of JBJ Services, arrived at our home. James walked around each of the buildings with us and discussed how he would approach the job. He candidly answered all our questions and waylaid any reservations we had about the chemicals and process he would be using. He then gave us an estimate for the two buildings and a timetable (two days from that day) on when he could begin/complete the work, After we agreed to the price, James then noticed our large shed and offered to clean it along with our home and barn for the same price we just agreed to. Two days later James showed up as promised, at the time agreed to and washed the three structures. Because it was getting dark when James finished said he would stop by the next day and assess the work to ensure he hadn't missed any areas. Sure enough James stopped by the next day and after critiquing his own work determined he indeed missed a few areas and needed to rework a few others so he set about to the complete the work. We were quite pleased with the outcome. Despite managing our expectations upfront, James managed to clean even areas (eaves and gutters) he thought would be problems or would require hand scrubbing to get clean. Aside from being knowledgeable, competent, professional, reliable and an individual who stands by his work-James is also a very nice man. We would definitely consider hiring JBJ Services again.November 08, 2012
